The tech industry has one of the highest disparities in the pay gap between men, and women and other non-binary folks. With just 18% of computer science majors in the US being women, there has not only been a steep decline in the number of women interested on pursuing the major, but also the number of women and non-binary folk receiving adequate value for the incredible work they are putting in.
